Complete Restoration: From Utility Failure to Designer Finish

The Project: Our team recently completed a multi-phase restoration after a major water heater failure in a garage flooded the adjacent bedroom. This wasn't just a simple floor swap—it was a full-scale reconstruction.

What We Did:

Emergency Plumbing: We handled the removal and replacement of the failed water heater.

Structural Reconstruction: Because the water breached the garage wall, we performed a complete demo of the damaged wall and reconstructed it from the studs up.

Finished Flooring: Once the structure was sound, we installed high-quality, moisture-resistant Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in the bedroom and closet to replace the water-damaged flooring.

The Result: A seamless transition from a utility disaster back to a beautiful, livable space. Whether it's the plumbing, the framing, or the final floor plank, Orkestra Home Services handles the entire process so you only have to make one call.

Commercial Duct Repair & Ceiling Restoration – Loganville, GA

Project Overview

A commercial client in Loganville brought us in to address a damaged HVAC duct that had been compromised from above, forcing the duct line down through the ceiling vent below.

This type of issue is common in commercial spaces where attic or overhead access areas are used for maintenance, and accidental pressure is applied to duct lines.

The damage resulted in:

Dislodged and compressed ductwork

Ceiling drywall failure around the vent opening

Loss of proper airflow to the affected area

Before (Initial Condition)

Vent visibly pushed downward into the ceiling

Broken and sagging drywall around vent

Duct line crushed and out of position

Airflow disruption in the space

During (Repair Process)

Our team completed a full structural and functional repair:

Repositioned and secured the damaged duct line

Built a custom protective support box above the duct

Reinforced the vent connection point

Repaired and rebuilt the ceiling drywall below

Prepped the area for a clean, professional finish

After (Final Result)

Fully restored ceiling with proper vent alignment

Reinforced duct system to prevent future damage

Airflow restored to normal operation

Clean, professional finish suitable for a commercial environment

Why This Matters for Commercial Properties

For businesses, issues like this go beyond appearance. Damaged ductwork can:

Affect HVAC performance and tenant comfort

Increase energy costs

Lead to moisture or mold risks

Reflect poorly on property condition for tenants or inspection
